Mediation is typically scheduled for either half a day or a full day, depending on the complexity of the case.

The following are our usual rates for a mediation that takes place Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am to 5pm.

4-HOUR MEDIATION

$372 for a 4-hour mediation meeting, per party.

Online mediations are held via videoconferencing app.

8-HOUR MEDIATION

$744 for an 8-hour mediation meeting, per party. 

Online mediations are held via videoconferencing app.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Occasionally, additional fees may be required. If so, these will be discussed with the parties and agreed upon in advance. Examples of potential additional fees include:

• Weekend & After-Hours: Mediations scheduled on the weekends or after hours will require an additional fee.

• Additional Time: If a mediation session exceeds the scheduled duration, additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.

• Preparation and Follow-Up: Time spent preparing for the session—such as reviewing documents, communicating with the parties beforehand, or providing follow-up summaries—is billed at the standard hourly rate.

• Travel and Other Expenses: For mediations held outside of the DFW area, reasonable travel expenses may apply
